Trinity Sports Management represents and manages the careers of a select roster of highly talented professional rugby players from Academy to International level.
We work with players to develop a plan and roadmap based on where they are in their career and their ambitions. Having a clear pathway and milestone objectives is invaluable in helping players to envisage what they need to do in order to get to where they want to be.
Our role is first and foremost to secure team contracts for players that are as lucrative as possible and at clubs where the player will be happy and can excel. What makes us different is that we go above and beyond client expectations in the value we add to careers both on and off the pitch; from creating a brand strategy and sourcing commercial sponsorship to facilitating the transition into a new career post-rugby retirement.
