Since graduating from University College Dublin with an MA in Economics, Paul has carved himself a career in sports management through drive, determination, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Professionally, Paul began working as a Sports Trader for Paddypower in Dublin where he managed company risk on all golf related markets and was responsible for betting-in-running trading on PGA & European tour events. In 2011, he travelled extensively throughout the US following the PGA tour. It was during this time that Paul gained valuable exposure to players and management, providing him with an insight into the workings of the tour and the role of sports management within that.

After returning to Ireland in 2012, Paul started working for a small start-up agency, Halpin Sport. Here he acquired strong knowledge in sponsorship strategy and was successful in securing partnerships for Blackburn Rovers FC and Connacht Rugby.

In May 2013, he joined Trinity and since then has been responsible for researching new business briefs and securing sponsorship deals for clients. He has also added considerable value by improving the quality, efficiency and reach of our clients digital presence.

Paul is currently exploring other areas into which Trinity might expand such as golf and rugby. He is a registered agent with the RFU.
